I am a fan of matte lipsticks, I just didn't like those shimmery glossy finish ones, they tend to be sticky and my hair would stick all over it, I hate that when it happens, plus my lips don’t need more plumping. My sister ordered this Nyx Xtreme Lip Cream at Makeup Avenue, as soon as it arrived she asked me to help her put it on and as I was applying it on her lips and I fell in love with the shade! I immediately ordered mine, thanks to my sister for letting me try hers ^_^ it really changed my mind about glossy lips. Let me tell you why :)

Made of sturdy plastic transparent tube. You can see the lip cream shade through the tube, makes it easier for you to choose your lipstick shade for the day ^_^
It has the regular doe-foot applicator, it's easy to use and applies the product evenly on the lips. Picks up the right amount of product and glides smoothly.
You can see that the swatch is the same as what you can see through the tube. It's a pale peachy-pink shade. If you love wearing baby pink, peach, nude or coral toned lip colors, you will love this! Though the shade is light it didn't wash me out, so I think this would look great on light to medium skin tones.
It came out like a nude shade when I applied it on my lips, but you can still see that peachy-pink tone. It is really glossy and applies full coverage with one swipe, very pigmented, the color is really Xtreme! :D Hides out pigmentation on the lips and doesn't appear streaky. Didn't emphasize my dry chappy lips but still you might want to put lip balm on before applying this cause it somehow slightly dried up my lips after.
Texture is not that thick, its a little sticky for my liking ( that's because I don't really like lip gloss ). but still it's comfortable to wear and doesn't feel heavy on the lips.
The smell? It has a waxy, or oily scent. ( I'm bad at describing smell :/) It has a scent that I couldn't think of something to compare it with, but for some who are sensitive to smell it might be bothering.
Lasting power is fine due to its slight thick and opaque formula. Compared to a regular lip gloss this would last a good 6 hours if you wont drink or eat or bite your lips :D You can just re-apply it again so don't forget to bring it with your makeup bag ^_^
You can use this shade for everyday makeup looks or even with a smokey eye! Love it so much! It would also look great if you put it on top of a nude, pink or peach lip liner.

Overall, I love this product! This made me wear a glossy lips ( It's not bad after all! I think it looked great on me :D), and this is the only glossy lip product I have in my collection. Haha! :D
